Transcripts & Testing

Final Official Transcripts

You must provide official copies of transcript(s) from all colleges you have attended showing spring 2023 grades by June 30, 2023.

Your admission eligibility was determined using the information you reported on your application for admission and the SDSU Supplemental Application. All courses you listed as "in progress" or "planned" must be completed with grades of C- or higher. You must also maintain your reported overall grade point average. Your transcripts will be used to verify your self-reported information. If your grade point average and/or current course grades drop, or if there is a discrepancy in what you reported on your application compared to your transcripts, this offer of admission may be withdrawn.

Transcript and Test Score Instructions

Official College Transcripts

Official transcripts are required from all colleges you previously and/or currently attend even if you withdrew from the course(s) or the course(s) is not applicable to your degree. Please also include transcripts for all International Baccalaureate credit and Advanced Placement exam credit (if applicable). You must send official transcripts for all schools attended. Do not wait for grades to be posted—you will send final transcripts later.

You must request that official transcripts, bearing the high school or college letterhead, be sent directly to the SDSU Office of Admissions either electronically or in a sealed envelope. For a transcript to be considered official, it must remain in its original sealed envelope. If opened, the transcript will no longer be valid. Please request your transcripts as soon as grades are posted so that the transcripts will arrive by the deadlines. (Note that it can take several weeks for a school to send a transcript once it is ordered.)

Electronic Transcripts

SDSU will accept only electronic transcripts from the schools listed here. Please ensure that you indicate this preference when making your request.

For schools not on SDSU's electronic transcript list, have official transcripts mailed to:
