No Refunds. Once a reservation has been received, no refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows. Please make sure you are able to attend prior to submitting a reservation.

Benefits of making reservations for Family Weekend

• 30% OFF tickets to the San Diego State Aztecs vs. Nevada Wolf Pack football game during Family Weekend on 10/21/23. Discounted tickets link will be provided in your confirmation email. Offer lasts as long as tickets are available.
• A welcome packet full of resources and a lanyard with a name tag.
• Access to discounts at the SDSU Bookstore and Bartell Hotels.
• Access to visit departmental open houses and workshops, student organization expo, take campus and historical/cultural tours and experience receptions.
• Free kayak and paddleboard rentals at our Mission Bay Aquatic Center.
• Free parking on campus in parking structures 3, 7, and 12. For more information, please visit our plan page.

Benefits of making reservations for Family Weekend with a Signature Event

• All of the benefits listed above.
• A meal for each registered family member.
• The opportunity to mingle with other SDSU families, faculty, staff, alumni and administrators at the event.
• Additional giveaways, such as overnight stays at a Bartell Hotel for the next time you visit your student!

Please note that parking at Snapdragon Stadium is not included in Family Weekend fees. You are encouraged to park on campus (which is included in your Family Weekend fees) and use the trolley. If you like, pre-purchase parking passes at Snapdragon Stadium.

Reservations

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Below is important information. Signature events will sell out, so make your reservations early!

Before you start

• Have an email address. We will use this address to send your confirmation and to follow up with additional information. Keep this address current.
• Have a credit card. MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
• Know the events you plan on attending. If you select a signature event, you will not be able to cancel for a refund. Please be sure you are able to attend before selecting the signature event registration.
• Know the names of the people attending. We will be printing name tags, so please enter names with correct spelling and punctuation.

When you finish

• Save a copy of your reservation on your phone or print a copy of your reservation confirmation from the web. (It will also be emailed to you.)
• Come back to the Family Weekend website regularly for updates and changes.

Fees

• Children 12 and under will not be charged a registration fee. A discounted rate will be applied if they wish to attend a signature event.
• Children/Adults 13 and over will be charged a registration fee and signature event fee at full price.
• SDSU students will only be charged the signature event fee if they wish to attend (registration fee will be waived).
• Special Event pricing below (Picnic & Serenade, Family Weekend Brunch, and Aztec Football Tailgate Party) includes the registration fee and the event fee (price varies by event).
• An additional late fee of $10 per adult registration will be charged on reservations made after Wednesday, October 4 at 11:59 p.m. PT

*Family Weekend Registration Fee: $25

The $25 registration fee is required for each child/adult 13 and over attending Family Weekend. The registration fee is waived for children 12 and under and current SDSU students. However, tickets must be purchased for SDSU students to attend the signature events.

**Late Fee: $10

An additional late fee of $10 per adult registration will be charged on reservations made after Wednesday, October 4 at 11:59 p.m. PT

***Football Game Tickets

If you want your student to sit with you during the football game, you must buy all your tickets at the same time. Please use the discounted link provided in your confirmation once you’ve registered for Family Weekend.

A $5.27 processing fee and 3.99% transaction fee for credit cards will be charged on all reservations by our Cvent platform.

Refunds

Once a reservation has been received, no refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows. Please make sure you are able to attend prior to submitting a reservation.

• We are unable to honor student meal plans at the signature events. If registering for a signature event, please purchase tickets for your SDSU student(s).
• Space is limited for signature events.
