Band Run

The Band Run

Whether you are a commuter student or living on campus, the Band Run gives you a chance to show your school spirit and have some fun. You'll meet other incoming students in your respective colleges on this excursion through the heart of campus. Join the Band Run to experience this great tradition in an entertaining environment.

Led by members of SDSU's marching band and cheerleaders, the Band Run makes its way through campus picking up students and their families at various locations along the walk. Resident Advisors (RAs) will help students and family members find their path, but students should be prepared to walk their first day as an Aztec.

The Band Run will be held before both New Student and Family Convocation ceremonies. Once at 8:30 a.m. and again at 12:30 p.m.
