First stop, Check-In!
At Welcome & Check-in we will give you a welcome packet, schedule of events, and a lanyard with a name tag. We’d like you to wear your name tag lanyard so that we can address you by name and get to know you. All participants, including students and children (16 and under) will receive a commemorative 25th Annual Family Weekend pin!
Friday, October 7
- 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. - Goldberg Courtyard, Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union
- 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. - Check-in closes temporarily
- 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. - Campanile Walkway (Top of Scripps Hill)
Saturday, October 8
- 9 a.m. – noon - South Entrance, Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union
Second stop, T-Shirts!
Each adult (17+) registered for Family Weekend will receive a limited edition 25th Annual Family Weekend T-shirt with their paid registration. Visit the T-shirt canopy after checking in to pick up your shirt(s)! If you would like to purchase shirts for your student and/or child 16 and under, you can add them to your registration separately.
Once you’ve checked in, you’ll be on your way to discovering what your student’s SDSU home is really like. You only have to check in once for Family Weekend and if you are unable to do so during our scheduled times, your student can check in for you.
Benefits of Registering for Family Weekend:
- Adult registrants will receive a limited edition 25th Annual Family Weekend T-shirt, a welcome packet, and lanyard with name tag (Shirts can be purchased separately for SDSU students and children 16 and under.)
- All registrants will receive a limited edition 25th Annual Family Weekend commemorative pin.
- Access to discounts at the SDSU Bookstore, Mission Bay Aquatic Center and Bartell Hotels.
- The opportunity to visit departmental open houses and workshops, student organization expo, take campus and historical/cultural tours and experience welcome back receptions.
- Parking on campus is included in your registration and can park in P3, P7, P12 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. - 1 a.m. each day.

No Refunds
Once a reservation has been received, no refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows. Please make sure you are able to attend prior to submitting a reservation.
